We are currently hiring motivated, professional Debt Collection / Account Representatives to join our growing team. This is an in-office position for individuals who are confident, money-driven, and comfortable on the phone.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to handle objections and close deals

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Sales, collections, or call-center experience preferred (not required)

Job Responsibilities

Contact consumers regarding outstanding accounts

Negotiate and secure payments in compliance with federal and state laws

Accurately document calls and payment arrangements

Meet daily and monthly performance goals

Maintain professionalism on every call
