Experienced Water/Mold Damage Technician

compensation: $20–$30/hr DOE + OT

Unique Restoration is hiring a Mitigation Technician to support emergency response and day-to-day mitigation work. You’ll assist the Lead Tech, execute assigned tasks, document progress, and help keep vehicles/equipment clean, stocked, and ready.

You’ll be responsible for:
Responding to service calls (including emergencies as needed)
Performing mitigation and drying tasks per work orders and Lead Tech direction
Setting up staging, containment, and equipment
End-of-day/end-of-job cleanup (leave sites neat and secure)
Daily equipment cleaning/disinfecting and vehicle stocking/organization
Documenting job progress and reporting delays/completion to the Lead Tech
Following safety protocols (PPE, electrical, chemical handling, etc.)

We’re looking for someone who:
Works hard, shows up on time, and takes ownership
Communicates clearly and stays professional with customers/tenants
Is physically capable of field work and wearing PPE
Has a valid driver’s license
Mitigation/restoration experience and/or IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/AMRT)
