COMPENSATION

• 100% commission | 1099
• Uncapped earnings
• $15,000+/month realistic for experienced closers
• Upside based on close rate + appointment volume

WHO THIS IS FOR (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

You must have ONE of the following:
✔ 1+ year closing solar in the home
✔ OR strong in-home closing experience in:

HVAC
Roofing
Windows
Alarms
Other high-ticket home services

Plus:
• Strong objection handling (without being pushy)
• Professional communication and follow-through
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable operating as a 1099 contractor
