Responsibilities
- Perform carpet cleaning and Air duct services in commercial and residential settings
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality results
- Inspect carpets for stains, damage, or other issues and determine the best course of action
- Move furniture and other items as necessary to access and clean carpets
- Apply stain treatments and deodorizers as needed
- Operate carpet cleaning machinery, such as steam cleaners or extractors
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary
Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning, environmental services, or custodial work
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and carpet cleaning
- Ability to effectively clean and maintain carpets to a high standard
- Attention to detail and ability to identify stains or damage that may require special treatment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when moving furniture
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
