Summit Bicycles of San Jose Hiring for a Sales Position

We’re looking for an experienced bicycle sales professional who’s passionate about bikes, customer service, and helping riders find the right equipment for their needs. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy working with cyclists of all levels, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
-Deliver exceptional customer service to riders of all experience levels
-Sell bicycles, accessories, and service packages with confidence and accuracy
-Provide knowledgeable recommendations on bike fit, components, and gear
-Stay current on product features, technology, and industry trends
-Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and daily shop operations

What We’re Looking For:
-Previous bike shop sales experience required
-Strong knowledge of bicycles (road, MTB, gravel, e-bike, or commuter)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proven ability to close sales and build long-term customer relationships
-Comfortable working weekends and peak retail hours
-POS system experience a plus
