Associate Attorney

McNamara, Ambacher, Wheeler, Hirsig & Gray LLP has an opening for an associate on the Medical Malpractice Team, headed by AOBTA and Martindale-Hubbell “Preeminent” Rated counsel. This position affords an excellent opportunity to expand your courtroom, deposition, and motion writing skills, and the potential for significant growth. We are located in the San Francisco Bay Area in Pleasant Hill.

Candidates must be able to work in fast paced, high volume, team-oriented environment. Successful candidates must have excellent writing and research skills, a strong academic background from an accredited law school and be willing to accept significant responsibility in a broad range of litigation matters. Responsibilities will include all aspects of litigation support, including trial preparation, defense strategy development, discovery planning and responses, motion work, deposition attendance, and court appearances.
