Job Description
We are a small, established construction and real estate company in Petaluma looking for a sharp, reliable Executive and Operations Assistant to work directly with the owner.
This is not a traditional administrative assistant role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, stay organized in a fast-moving environment, and proactively support both executive-level needs and day-to-day operational coordination.
The role supports the owner directly and assists with keeping projects, priorities, and office tasks moving forward. Responsibilities include managing schedules and priorities, handling emails and correspondence, coordinating with staff and vendors, organizing documents and information, assisting with administrative and light accounting tasks, and helping ensure follow-through across the business.
We operate in a focused, professional work environment and value clear communication, efficiency, and accountability. This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, staying on task, and maintaining a productive pace without a lot of hand-holding.
Flexibility is important. While this is primarily a daytime position. We are looking for someone who understands responsibility and ownership and is willing to step in when needed to help keep things moving.
This position is based in Petaluma and requires in-person work.
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience. Expected range $25–$33 per hour, with benefits available depending on qualifications and fit.
