Job Description
Splurge Catering is seeking a dependable, organized, and tech-savvy individual to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly, can manage multiple priorities, and works well independently with minimal supervision.
Schedule: • 2–3 days per week • Approximately 18–30 hours per week
Compensation: • Starting at $30/hour + incentives • Pay may vary based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support all company social media platforms • Bookkeeping and basic accounting (QuickBooks experience required) • General office and administrative support • Data entry and record keeping • Managing emails, documents, and office organization • Assisting with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly • Bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills • Reliable, trustworthy, and professional • Ability to work well under pressure • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
