We are a Los Angeles based construction company seeking a FULL-TIME Responsible Managing Employee (RME) to be officially associated with our California General Contractor (B) license.

This is not a consulting, part-time, or name only role. We are looking for an experienced professional to take active leadership across multiple multifamily projects in Los Angeles, including podium and mid-rise wood-frame construction.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Active California General Contractor (B) license
• Registered or eligible RME
• 15+ years of multifamily construction experience
• Direct experience on projects with 15+ residential units
• Experience with concrete podium + wood (Type III / Type V) construction
• Strong knowledge of LADBS permitting and inspections
• Full-time availability and official association with company license

Responsibilities

• Serve as RME for the company’s CSLB license
• Oversee multifamily projects from pre-construction through completion
• Lead subcontractors and site operations
• Manage LADBS inspections and corrections
• Ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards
