I’m hiring a Gen Z / modern growth operator who moves fast and executes.
You will build + run one growth lane end-to-end and report numbers weekly.
This is not a “strategy + meetings” role. If you like shipping, testing, and winning, keep reading.
Engagement
Contractor / on-demand (10 hrs/week to start)
30-day sprint, extend if you perform
Remote OK
Your mission (pick ONE lane and own it)
Lane A — Outbound → booked calls (fastest path to revenue)
Build ICP lists + sources
Write sequences (email + follow-up) and/or DM scripts
Launch, iterate, track deliverability + reply rates
Book qualified calls consistently

Lane B — Paid lead gen test (if you have real receipts)
1 offer page + tracking basics
3–5 creatives
Launch + iterate weekly on CPL → booked calls

Lane C — Short-form content → inbound
Write/post scripts that drive booked calls
Set cadence + CTA + simple follow-up
What “qualified” means
A booked call counts only if it’s with a decision-maker that fits the ICP and shows up.

Volume shipped (messages sent / spend / posts)
Performance metrics (reply %, booked calls, show rate, CPL, etc.)
Top 3 tests run + what you’re changing next week
Must-have
Receipts: show 2 examples of work + outcomes (metrics/screens)
You move fast and communicate clearly
You can execute without hand-holding
You’re comfortable with direct response
Not a fit if you…
Sell “strategy” and live in meetings
Can’t show numbers
Need long onboarding or bureaucracy
Want to pitch me tools or join a “mastermind”
Trial (paid) — 48 hours
You’ll do a paid trial task:
ICP + list source plan
2 outbound scripts (email + DM)
10 subject lines / hooks
7-day execution plan with daily targets
If you crush it, you’re in.
Compensation
Weekly fixed fee (based on scope)
Performance bonus per qualified booked call
7-day kill clause (either side can end fast)
