Boho Petite is seeking a talented and reliable Chef with both savory and pastry experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded professional who values quality, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced, artisan kitchen.
About Us:
Boho Petite is a French-inspired café and pâtisserie known for handcrafted pastries, elegant desserts, and thoughtfully prepared savory items. We take pride in high standards, consistency, and a respectful kitchen culture.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and execute both savory and pastry items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with daily production of pastries, desserts, sandwiches, quiches and other savory offerings
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all items
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Support ordering, prep planning, and efficient kitchen workflow
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Qualifications
• Culinary school training or equivalent professional experience
• Strong pastry foundation (doughs, creams, cakes, tarts)
• Solid savory skills (sandwiches, prep, basic hot and cold items)
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and respect established systems
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Team-oriented, dependable, and professional attitude
• Prior experience in a bakery, café, or restaurant kitchen preferred
