Licensed (2-14 / 2-15) | Final Expense • Mortgage Protection • Life
We are a growing insurance agency actively seeking motivated, licensed Life Insurance Sales Representatives to join our in-office sales team.
This is a professional, production-focused environment for reps who want strong commissions, quality products, daily support — and a team atmosphere that helps you win.
💰 COMPENSATION
Commission-only (1099)
Aggressive agency comp plans
Reps typically average $1,000–$5,000 per week based on production
Top performers earning $10K–$20K+ per month
Renewals and long-term income potential
Leadership and override opportunities available
Earnings are commission-based and not guaranteed; income varies based on individual effort, skill level, and consistency.
