We are a regional truckload carrier operating in Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania with a strong drop-and-hook operation. This position is built for drivers who want hourly pay, predictable lanes, and respect for their time.

Pay
$24–$27 per hour (based on experience)
Weekly pay
-Safety Bonus Program
No mileage pay games

10 PTO days per year (accrue after 30 days)
PTO paid at 10 hours per day
All major holidays paid at 10 hours per holiday
Off major holidays
-Home weekends (Fri-Sun)

Requirements
Valid CDL-A
Clean driving record with positive points
Regional experience preferred

Responsibilities
Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers across regional routes, adhering to all DOT regulations and company policies
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance reports
Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of freight to various destinations
Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route updates or issues encountered during deliveries
Deliver on time and be dependable
Assist with the maintenance of the truck and trailer to ensure optimal operation and safety standards are met

Experience
Proven experience in truck driving with a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A
Minimum 2 years of consecutive verifiable driving experience
Clean driving record and background
Prior delivery driver experience with 53ft van trailers
Familiarity with route driving across regional areas
Demonstrated knowledge of safety protocols related to commercial trucking
