Sales Agent – Telecommunications & Technology Solutions
📍 Chicago, IL
We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent with experience in telecommunications and/or technology solutions to join our growing team in Chicago. Candidates with property management, HOA, or commercial real estate experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full sales cycle—from first contact through contract execution—and wants to grow in a performance-based compensation environment.

• Pay-on-production model with base pay
• Target annual compensation: $50,000 (base + commission)
• Uncapped earning potential as production increases

• Chicago-based role
• After a successful training and onboarding period, partial remote work may be available

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and other outreach methods
• Request and collect required documentation from prospects
• Qualify prospects to ensure a strong fit for our services
• Conduct on-site visits to perform basic site surveys
• Prepare service agreements and proposals
• Follow through on execution of signed agreements
• Coordinate handoff of approved projects to the installation and operations team
• Maintain accurate records and communication throughout the sales process

Preferred Qualifications
• Some experience in telecommunications, technology, or related B2B sales
• Property management, HOA, or commercial building experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable conducting site visits and interacting with property stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
