TAX PREPARER-STAFF ACCOUNTANT - SEASONAL OR PART TIME

Small, growing CPA firm is seeking an individual for the upcoming tax season, which could lead to a permanent part- or full-time position as a tax preparer/accountant. Our firm is primarily a tax-based firm but is peer-reviewed and does some audit work. The position entails preparation of personal tax returns, with experienced individuals also preparing partnership, corporation and trust returns.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years tax preparation experience
Preference to individuals with UltraTax Software experience
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Self-motivated, willing to learn with strong interpersonal skills

Other responsibilities may include bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax filings. Hours are flexible. Nights and weekends are available.
