Duties:
Hiring of all Back of House employees
Executing training manuals
Working with consultant to hone and perfect recipes
Creatively tackle the flow of prep and service
P&L review
Schedule creation
Ensure Department of Health guidelines are being followed
Embrace and encourage our culture to continue to spread through our staff and guests
