Responsibilities

As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for:

- Responding promptly and professionally to towing requests, accidents, and roadside Tows.

- Operating a flatbed tow truck with precision and expertise to safely load and transport vehicles.

- Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the tow truck, ensuring it is always in optimal working order.

- Interacting with customers in a courteous and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

- Communicating effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service delivery.

- Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure the well-being of yourself, customers, and fellow team members.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 Years of experience operating a flatbed tow truck.

- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Demonstrated commitment to safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

- Strong knowledge of towing equipment and industry best practices.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also being a team player.

- Nice to have: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
