Overview: As the first point of contact, our hosts set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. We are seeking a friendly and efficient host to join our team at Chubby Cattle Soho, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and well-attended from the moment they step in.

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and seat guests promptly.
Manage the reservation system and waiting list.
Provide guests with menus and inform them about specials or promotions.
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Address guest inquiries and assist with special seating requests.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
bilingual is a plus, accommodating our diverse clientele.
Familiar to Yelp reservation and waitlist is a plus.
