Hiring Subcontractor Painters / Painting Crews

Summers Painting is looking for experienced subcontractor painters and painting crews, from one-person operations up to full crews of six people, to partner with us as we continue to grow. We’re a well-established company with over 150 five-star reviews, and we’ve built our reputation by making painting easy and stress-free for both our customers and our crews.

We follow what we call The Gold Standard: Prep. Paint. Perfect. That means we do things the right way, focus on quality, and take pride in clean, professional results. We work hard, but we also enjoy what we do. Our job sites are professional, drama-free, and laid-back, with clear expectations and good communication.

Pay is based on experience and skill level, with day rates or project-based work available. The more experience, efficiency, and attention to detail you bring, the more you can earn. We’re looking for painters who know their craft, whether that’s cutting clean lines, rolling smoothly, spraying efficiently, or running a crew.

This is a subcontractor position and requires working on a W-9. General liability insurance and reliable transportation are required. We’re looking for dependable painters and crews who show up on time, communicate well, and can handle jobs without constant supervision.
