JOB DESCRIPTION
Brewed Awakening is a busy drive-through espresso stand in Bellingham, proudly serving our community since 1996. We are hiring a dependable, motivated, and friendly Espresso Stand Manager to lead daily operations, support our baristas, and keep our stand running smoothly.

This is a hands-on leadership role. Manager will work shifts on stand, lead by example, and maintain high standards for customer service, drink quality, cleanliness, and organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage daily drive-through stand operations
• Ensure fast, friendly, consistent customer service
• Maintain drink quality and speed of service
• Train, coach, and support baristas
• Create staff schedules and handle shift coverage
• Maintain cleanliness and health department standards
• Inventory counts, ordering, and stocking
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed
• Cash handling and daily reports
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and kindly
• Maintain a positive, accountable, team-focused workplace

QUALIFICATIONS
• Management/leadership experience required
• Coffee/food service experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented
• Comfortable working hands-on shifts
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Trustworthy with cash and responsibility
• Must be willing to work FULL-TIME+ (OVER 40 HOURS/WEEK)
