Alaska’s Finest Tours and Adventures is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team
in Anchorage.

This is a year-round, full-time W-2 position focused on leading sales efforts for our tours, transportation
services, and affiliate products. The Sales Manager plays an important role in supporting revenue
growth, coordinating with operations, and helping deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll work closely with the Owner, Dispatch team, Operations, and our established 15-member sales
and marketing team, UpperOne Solutions, to monitor performance and develop sales and marketing
strategies best suited to grow Alaska’s Finest Tours and Adventures.

As the busy season draws near, this role becomes more hands-on and guest-facing, with an increased
focus on answering phones, assisting guests, and securing reservations, while still supporting overall
sales leadership, coordination, and strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Lead and support the in-house sales team
✔ Help grow bookings and revenue across tours and transportation
✔ Work daily with ownership and dispatch to align sales with operational readiness
✔ Collaborate with UpperOne Solutions on sales and marketing efforts
✔ Answer phones and assist guests, especially during peak season
✔ Ensure booking accuracy and smooth handoff to operations
✔ Support a high standard of customer service and brand experience

What We’re Looking For
• Sales leadership or sales team experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal tourism environment
• Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt as demand changes

• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or service-based sales is a plus
