Part-time Handyman

Looking for a reliable, skilled handyman who can help with ongoing part-time work. Typical tasks include small repairs, maintenance, minor plumbing/electrical fixes, painting, patching, and general upkeep. Other tasks include showing vacant units, mowing, collecting quarters, and changing lock key codes. This position is ideal for someone who is experienced, communicates well, and can work independently.
