Assistant Manager – Crystal Retail Store (Full Time)

Sedona Crystal Vortex is hiring a hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our retail store team, support daily operations, and create exceptional customer experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, active selling, and working closely with both customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales floor and create welcoming customer experiences
• Coach and support sales team performance
• Assist with daily store operations and organization
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards
• Support the Store Manager with team and business needs
Requirements:
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, reliable, and confident multitasking
• Comfort with retail systems (Shopify a plus)
• Interest in crystals, jewelry, or personal growth (training provided)
Compensation & Benefits:
• $21–$23 per hour
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
