THE PAY:
• Direct Deposit
• $0.52-$0.60 (Experience Based)
• All Miles are Paid the same Rate. Loaded Or Empty!
• $1,000 Sign On Bonus (Paid in installments)
• Layover Pay
• Detention Pay

OPERATIONS:
• 11 Western States – CA,AZ,OR,WA,UT,CO,ID,UT
• Average Weekly Mileage Per Driver: 2800-3400
• Drivers average 2-3 weeks on the road, and request home time as need (we are flexible)
• 100% No Touch Freight, we don’t have our drivers to handle the lumping!
• Yards in : Hollister CA, Bakersfield CA, Yuma AZ


EQUIPMENT:
• 2021-2024 Model: Volvo, Peterbilt, Mack Trucks
• 2021-2024 Model: Refrigerated Trailers w/ 100% Thermo King Units.
• Assigned Trucks ! No Slip seating.
• Verizon Connect ELD

HIRING GUIDELINES:
• 1 Year Minium Driving Experience
• Valid Commercial Driver License
• Clean Driving Record
• Experience with Refrigerated Foods (not mandatory, but a plus)
