Entry-Level Construction Helper

We are a small construction company looking for starting general help on a construction site. No experience necessary — we are willing to train the right person.

Work includes prep and painting, with exposure to all phases of construction, from concrete to cabinets, on both interior and exterior projects.

This position is best suited for someone who can work independently, follow direction, and takes pride in clean, quality work.

Responsibilities:
• Prep and paint interior and exterior surfaces
• Assist with general construction tasks
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work independently on assigned projects
• Occasional overtime and on-call work as needed
