Construction / Paint & Prep Technician

We are a small, growing construction company looking for reliable help with painting and surface prep. Our work covers everything from concrete to cabinets, on both large interior and exterior projects.

This position requires someone who can work independently, take pride in clean, high-quality work, and handle jobs start to finish.

Responsibilities:
• Prep and paint interior and exterior surfaces
• Work independently on assigned projects
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Follow project specifications and timelines
• Occasional overtime and on-call work as needed
