Service advisor-Auto repair shop

P&B Automotive is a family-owned and operated auto repair shop in Tucson. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who knows cars and understands customers.

🛠 Responsibilities
• Greet customers and gather customer/vehicle information
• Create estimates using estimating software and explain repairs
• work closely with technicians regarding recommended and necessary repairs
• build and maintain lasting customer relationships
•. Recommend and sell recommended and necessary repairs
•. Execute and oversee/follow the repair process of every vehicle from start to finish.

📋 Requirements
• Service Advisor experience required
• Automotive knowledge (diagnostics, maintenance, repairs)
• Computer and POS system experience
• Strong communication and sales skills
