Salon Manager – Licensed Cosmetologist

We are opening a new Sport Clips location in Monrovia and are seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead and develop our team.

This is a working manager position requiring hands-on leadership, coaching, and strong operational experience.

Requirements (please read carefully):
• Active California Cosmetology License (required)
• 5+ years managing hairstylists and/or barbers
• Experience with scheduling, hiring, training, and coaching
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example on the salon floor

This position is not suitable for first-time managers.
