looking for a mechanic already has expierence

looking for a mechanic who has prior expierence who can build engines replace transmissions
diagnose cars use scan tools
needs to be able to work on most vehicles and able to work effiecently
we work on everything from toyota to audi needs to be able to inspect vehicles make a list of what is wrong and able to complete the job

pay varies based on expierence and work able to complete pay structure is different for every person we have weekly salary with bonuses or flat rate per job
