Full-Time Front Desk Associate
Location: North Cliff Hotel
1005 South Main Street
Fort Bragg, CA 95437
Compensation: $17.50 per hour
We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented Full-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and customer service, with strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills. No previous experience is required—if you're eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and work well with others, we'd love to have you on board.
Schedule:
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Night Shift)
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner
• Answer phones and manage inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest experiences
Qualifications:
• Proficient with phone systems, computers, and standard office software (training provided if needed)
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Must have reliable transportation
• No previous experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate
