Experienced 40” Sheetfed Press Feeder (Komori/KBA)

Delta Print Group has an immediate, full-time day shift opening for a skilled 40” Sheetfed Feeder with hand-on experience supporting Komori and/or KBA (Koenig & Bauer) presses in a high-volume production environment. www.deltaprintgroup.com

Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain feeder systems on 40” Komori and KBA sheetfed presses
• Load, jog, and stage paper skids; set feeder heads, suckers, and air settings
• Monitor sheet separation, registration, and sheet flow at production speeds
• Adjust pile height, blast air, vacuum, and sheet detection systems
• Assist press operators during makeready, plate changes, color wash-ups, and job changeovers
• Monitor print quality, including sheet delivery, marking, and set-off issues
• Perform routine feeder maintenance and keep press area clean and organized
• Remove waste and follow all safety, quality, and production standards

Qualifications:
• Previous experience feeding 40” Komori or KBA sheetfed presses preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of feeder air/vacuum systems
• Ability to maintain consistent feeding at high speeds
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical work for 10–12 hour shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment

This position is an hourly, full-time, non-exempt position. Hourly rate is $24-$26/hour commensurate with experience.
