Construction / Restoration Technician (Drywall / Paint / Finish Work)

Job Description

We are a professional restoration company hiring a hard-working, reliable entry-level technician who wants steady work and the opportunity to grow in the restoration industry.

English speaking is a must.

This role is ideal for someone with basic to intermediate skills in:

Drywall repair and texture

Painting (prep, masking, patch, finish)

Finish carpentry (baseboards, casings, small trim repairs)

Typical work includes:

Drywall patching, hanging (as needed), mud/tape, texture match

Paint prep, prime, and finish coat work

Baseboard and trim removal/reinstall

Jobsite protection, cleanup, and punch-list completion

Assisting on restoration projects (water damage repairs, rebuild)

What we’re looking for:

Strong work ethic and good attitude

Dependable and punctual

Comfortable working in occupied homes

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet

Reliable transportation required

Pay:
$18–$26 per hour (based on skill level)
Overtime available depending on workload

Schedule:
Full-time
Some on-call or weekend work may be available (paid)

Growth:
Training provided. Opportunity to move into lead roles for the right person.
