Finance Associate - Full Time

We service some of the most interesting clients in the Bay Area and we need your help to continue to fuel our growth!

Our Controller is looking for a Finance Associate to support a variety of finance related tasks including:

- Full cycle AP/AR
- Entering/matching expenses and assigning them to correct client
- Invoicing
- Process & ensure all bank reconciliations are completed accurately & timely
- Process all General Ledger activity and review for accuracy
- Reconciling all accounts
- Creating journal entries
- Performing month end close
- Preparing financial statements and report for the management team
- Support Operations team as required


The ideal candidate must:
- Have a degree in accounting or finance (with accounting course work)
- Read, write and speak English at a collegiate level and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in the MS Office suite of programs and QuickBooks Online. Experience with Gusto Payroll a plus!
- Be detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
