Busy Dry Cleaning Customer service Rep

We are looking for friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team at our busy dry cleaning business.

Position Overview:
As a Front Counter CSR, you will greet customers, tag and process orders, inspect garments for stains or damage, and assist with customer questions or concerns. Providing excellent customer service is a key part of this role.

Schedule & Growth:
This is a Full-time position and open to part time applicants with the potential to grow based on performance and business needs.

Experience:
Previous dry cleaning or retail customer service experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
