Base payment to owners is 2000 per month and the operator keeps the remaining profits of this specific location only. Total payment with Lease is about 10k per month with Utilities and current daily walk in sales $600-$1000 without catering included. This does not include food cost and labor. This is for someone who wants to operate with little to no employees for the short term. With Marketing at full potential, the location can generate 150k+ profit.
