TRAFFIC CONTROL LEAD – IMMEDIATE OPENING

We are hiring an experienced Traffic Control Lead to work in the field on active job sites. This is a hands-on position for someone with solid traffic control and flagging experience who takes safety seriously.

JOB DUTIES

Set up and remove traffic control per approved TCPs

Perform flagging and traffic control operations

Ensure all devices are placed correctly and safely

Adjust setups as job conditions change

Follow MUTCD standards and company safety procedures

Communicate professionally with contractors and supervisors

Maintain a safe and organized job site

Complete basic daily paperwork as required

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years traffic control experience required

Strong understanding of traffic control setups and flagging

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Available for overtime and occasional weekends

CERTIFICATIONS (PREFERRED)

ATSSA Flagger

ATSSA TCT / TCS

MUTCD knowledge
