Experience with remodeling, apartment and residential maintenance required!

Including; General handyman skills, painting, drywall, tiling, trim, installing windows and doors, basic electrical, basic plumbing, troubleshooting, LVP install, cabinet installation, counter top installation, framing, and more.
Pay based on experience and skill set, rapid advancement for the right candidate.
Dependable transportation, smart phone and tools required. Company vehicle use after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour to start
Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday. 8:30 - 4:30
NO ON CALL.
