Job Description

American Made firearm accessories for civilian, law enforcement and military customers worldwide. GG&G currently manufactures over 400 accessories. 2025 marked GG&G’s 31st anniversary at the same Tucson location.

The candidate will be expected to work with speed and accuracy and have a team-player GG&G is a Tucson based national/international manufacturer and supplier of American mentality, while being committed to maintaining a safe and a positive work environment. Please note all candidates are subject to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

GG&G is looking for an individual to fulfill an entry-level position within the company to perform product inspection, packaging, assembly and some light machining processes and purchase order processing.

We will train the individual in all aspects of this position. However, candidates must be detail oriented and possess some mechanical ability. Teamwork within the departments is a must as is punctuality.

This is a full-time position with working hours of 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspection of completed products.
Inspect the form, fit and function of products.
Small part assembly.
Assist with inventory management.
Process associated paperwork.
Package items for stock and for shipment as needed.
Coordinate parts going to/from outside vendors.
Demonstrate commitment to all safety standards at all times.
Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Multitask as needed.
After being trained, occasionally operate manufacturing machinery.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn, problem solve and be pro-active.
Must be energetic, conscientious, courteous, and possess excellent communication skills.
English language proficiency (written/verbal/reading) is a must.
Clean driving record.
Excellent attendance and punctuality is required and is essential.
Ability to assume different roles and grow within the company. Flexibility is key.
Strong organizational skills.
Able to work on their feet for 3-5 hours and lift 25-45 lbs. on a regular basis.
Ability to change tasks quickly/comfortably.
Ability to operate power tools i.e., electric drills.
Excellent team player mentality, yet able to successfully work independently.
Maintain a clean and well organized work space.
Candidates must be detail oriented and possess some mechanical ability.
Strong hand/eye coordination.
Ability to assemble small components.
Extremely helpful if knowledgeable and has some proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Moderate typing skills 25-30wpm is helpful.
As all GG&G members are required to do weekly housekeeping duties.
Must be able to read computer screens and use inventory scanning equipment.
Occasionally, act as a “runner” and deliver products for vendor services to various locations and pick up product.
