SERVICE WRITER – AUTO REPAIR SHOP
Family-Owned Since 1954
NO WEEKENDS
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Closed weekends
ABOUT THE SHOP
Independent, family-owned
In business since 1954
Fast-paced shop
30–40 cars per day
Focus on customer service, not sales pressure
Shop software: Mitchell 1
PAY & BENEFITS
$25–$35/hour (based on experience)
Weekly commission: $100–$1,000
401k with company match
Paid time off
Free lunch every Friday
Stable, long-term position
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers
Write accurate repair orders
Communicate with technicians
Schedule work and order parts
Use Mitchell 1 daily
Keep front office organized
Put customer satisfaction first
REQUIREMENTS
Service writer/advisor experience preferred
Automotive knowledge
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Professional and dependable
