Full Time Portfolio Property Manager HOA

Seeking an experienced HOA portfolio manager.

Articulate verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and people skills
Well organized, able to multi-task
Knowledge of governing documents and civil codes
Understands building maintenance and building systems
Understands financials and budgeting
Understands personnel issues and safety concerns
Able to work independently and accomplish goals
Positive, high energy, friendly, and professional
Knowledge of industry best practices
Experience of 2-3 years
Portfolio size of 15-20 properties
Designations a plus (PCAM, AMS, CMCA, or CCAM)

Employment Status: Full-time
Salary: starting $62,500 per year
Location: Woodland Hills (hybrid option)
Hours: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM
