Class A Yard Hostler / Yard Goat Driver – Home Daily (S El Monte)

We are hiring a Class A Driver for a yard hostler/yard goat position at our S El Monte facility.

This is a local, home-daily position moving trailers within the yard. No OTR. No endorsements required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Opportunity for growth at the same company.

Job Details:

Location: S El Monte, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

-Must be available for overtime
-Home daily

Pay:

-$24.50 per hour
-Overtime paid after 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week

Duties Include:

-Yard goat / yard hostler work
-Moving trailers containing empty drums and containers
-Hooking and unhooking trailers
-Occasional drum and container handling when needed

Rare exception: short local run (not typical)

Requirements:

-MUST have a Valid Class A CDL
-No endorsements required
-No experience required – we will train
-Must be insurable
-Must pass standard DOT drug testing
-Automatic transmission equipment
