About the Role:

As an Experienced Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll be the face of Accurate Plumbing in the field, delivering expert diagnostics, solutions, and five-star customer experiences. This role is 100% commission-based and designed for motivated, skilled technicians who want control over their income and the opportunity to earn a six-figure income. This position is ideal for professionals who are confident in their technical abilities, communicate clearly with customers, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial plumbing systems


Clearly communicate findings, options, and recommendations to customers


Provide accurate pricing and solutions aligned with customer needs


Perform work efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local plumbing codes


Manage service calls independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship


Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site


Accurately document job details, invoices, and customer information using company CRM tools


Represent Accurate Plumbing with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset


Qualifications:
3–5+ years of plumbing service experience required


Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills


Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls


Excellent communication and customer service skills


Sales-minded approach focused on providing solutions, not pressure


Ability to pass a background check


Compensation:
100% commission-based compensation structure
