This position is for a craftsman, not a production framer or general laborer.
We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about how work looks, how it’s built, and how a jobsite is run. Our projects include custom homes and remodels where quality, accuracy, and consistency matter every day—from concrete forming through detailed finish work.
Requirements-
• Pride in workmanship and strong attention to detail
• Ability to execute clean, accurate work without constant supervision
• Proven experience in framing, concrete forming, window/door installation, and finish carpentry
• Ability to read plans, think ahead, and solve problems in the field
• Maintaining an orderly, professional jobsite
• 5+ years of residential carpentry experience
• Shows up prepared, on time, and ready to work
• Clear communication and accountability for your work
• Ability to work independently and within a small, skilled crew
• Reliable transportation
