Construction Foreman

Position: Construction Foreman
Employment Type: Full-Time (4 10hr shifts Monday-Thursday)
Compensation: Competitive pay, DOE

About Us:
We are a growing construction company known for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and strong teamwork. We’re looking for an experienced Construction Foreman who brings hands-on carpentry skills and can confidently lead and manage a crew on residential and/or light commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and manage a crew on active job sites
Perform high-quality carpentry work (framing, finish work, repairs, etc.)
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and materials
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
Maintain job site safety and enforce safety protocols
Communicate clearly with owners, subcontractors, and management
Problem-solve on site and adapt to changing conditions

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or Lead Carpenter
Strong carpentry skills with a solid understanding of construction methods
Ability to manage, motivate, and hold a crew accountable
Knowledge of job site safety standards and best practices
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical job duties as required
