Job openings are for Sous Chef and Line cook positions.

We are looking for these qualifications and work ethics:-

Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced fine dinning restaurant is desired.

Creative and willing to learn new dishes.
Willing to work different sections of the kitchen and adaptable to kitchen needs.

This is permanent long term position Tuesday thru Sunday for dinner shift and Sat & Sunday for the Lunch shift.
