Viking Mechanical Refrigeration is seeking to hire a full time bookkeeper

Duties include:
Invoicing
Customer management
Managing incoming and outgoing payments
Filing
Creating monthly reports
Payroll
Yearly auditing
Employee communications
Quickbooks software interaction

Requirements:
Thorough knowledge and experience with payroll
Thorough knowledge and experience with journal entries
Understanding of Quickbooks and pulling reports
Confidence with customer communications
Comfortable with working closely with our technicians, as we are a small business
