Now Hiring: Property Maintenance Technicians
Location: San Gabriel Valley, CA
We are currently seeking experienced Property Maintenance Technicians to join our team in the San Gabriel Valley area.
Experience Requirements:
Candidates must have a strong background in property maintenance and/or construction.
We are specifically looking for individuals with long-term experience in the industry.
Applicants transitioning from unrelated fields (such as trucking, warehouse, or similar roles) will not be considered at this time.
Work History & Stability:
A stable employment history is required.
Please avoid applying if your background includes frequent short-term roles or positions held for less than one year.
Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation
For roles requiring travel between properties:
Valid driver’s license
Current auto insurance
Reimbursements:
Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties
Phone reimbursement for completing work tasks and clocking in/out via our mobile app
Compensation:
$23.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Interview Requirement:
All candidates must complete an in-person interview in Montclair, CA before a start date is determined.
