Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Full-Time Driver to handle the collection and transportation of electronic waste. In this role, you will be a key representative of our company, interacting with clients and ensuring materials are transported safely to our facility. This position combines driving duties with some light warehouse work, offering variety in your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate a company vehicle to collect electronic waste from residential and commercial client sites.
• Follow scheduled routes and timelines efficiently to ensure prompt service.
• Load and unload electronic materials, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service during pickups, representing the company in a professional manner.
• Complete necessary paperwork and logs accurately for all collections.
• Assist with sorting and organizing materials within the warehouse as needed.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain a clean and organized truck.
Qualifications
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Prior experience in a driving or delivery role is preferred.
• Some experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
