Must possess active and valid permits/licenses
• Responsible for continuous patrols of assigned areas
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to remain awake and alert during overnight/night shifts
• Maintain a high level of vigilance and situational awareness at all times
• Must demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to observe, report, and document incidents accurately
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Ability to follow post orders and company policies
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Capable of responding calmly and appropriately in emergency situations
