Front/Back Medical Assistant – Concierge Primary Care & Dermatology

Dolce MD is a fast-growing concierge primary care, dermatology, and aesthetics practice located in downtown Laguna Beach. We are seeking a reliable, experienced Medical Assistant to join our high-touch, patient-centered practice.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical and front-office work and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care.

Pay & Schedule

$22–$26/hour (based on experience)

Part-time or Full-time

Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)

In-person only – Laguna Beach, CA

Requirements

1+ year Medical Assistant experience (front & back office)

Phlebotomy and injection experience REQUIRED

Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) strongly preferred

Concierge, dermatology, aesthetics, or primary care experience a plus

Professional, organized, dependable

Strong patient communication skills

Responsibilities

Rooming patients, vitals, EKGs

Phlebotomy and injections

Patient intake, scheduling, and follow-ups

Charting and documentation in ECW

Assisting with dermatology and aesthetics procedures

Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms

Concierge-level patient support
